SimplexCAM is an innovative CAM system with CAD functions for milling, turning, drilling, cutting and engraving. It convinces with a tidy, logical user interface and also contains functions for turning/milling parts with C axis. Stability as well as a number of useful CAM & CAD functions at a reasonable price offer a fair CAM basis.

SimplexCAM is a programming system for CNC milling lathes and machining centers. It combines the functions of CAD/CAM systems with typical plain text programming functions.
No experience with CAD systems is required to use this software. It is specifically designed to accelerate the generation of G-code for simple part components, and it accelerates the generation of G-code for your CNC machine.

It is a new CAM system for Windows, available in more than 20 languages and runs on any computer.
Important: SimplexCAM is not a rental version but a purchase version and belongs to you personally!

Face Milling:Face milling is the most common milling operation and can be performed with a variety of different tools. The most commonly used cutters are those with an angle of 45º. However, cutters with round indexable inserts, corner cutters and disc cutters may also be used.

Postprocessors: The postprocessor generator is open and freely available in every module. Finished postprocessors for standard controls are included. The postprocessors can be adapted and new, individual postprocessors can be created.
Machine properties: The settings for the machine are also openly available in each module. All presettings for milling machine and lathe are made here.
SimplexCAM convinces with a tidy and easy to use user interface. It is a completely newly developed CAM program with CAD functions for milling, turning, drilling, cutting and engraving. It also includes functions for turning/milling parts with C-axis and offers high performance, stability and a range of useful CNC functions at a fair price.

No experience with CAD or CAM systems is required to use SimplexCAM. Special care has been taken to make it simple and logical to use to speed up the generation of G-code for simple part components for your CNC machine.

A versatile and easy-to-use component includes a wide range of basic and advanced functions for roughing, finishing, engraving, face milling and drilling. Simulation also provides high-precision machining verification for milling, turning and combined mill/turn applications, and provides a comprehensive range of toolpath analysis tools that allow users to quickly identify and resolve potential problems.

The 2-axis and cutting simulation components are designed for fast and seamless integration with existing CAD/CAM software to accelerate product development and time to market.

The new components in Version 4 and later have greatly improved toolpath strategies, resulting in longer tool life and shorter machining cycles. Fast and easy integration allows ECam users to benefit from the latest technology in a cost-effective 2D solution.

SimplexCAM is a very young CAM system with great potential and has already been translated into more than 20 languages in record time! It reads DXF and DWG files directly. The original DWG format ensures full compatibility with AutoCAD® WITHOUT any file conversion and without loss of critical information.

We provide a simple interface for data transmission under Windows. The settings of the parameters between Windows and the control unit must be made by the customer. Often, a special transmission module is provided by the manufacturer of the control and we recommend using this.
